Application scope:

The TYT-200S fully automatic round surface hot stamping machine is a fully automatic hot stamping equipment designed for bottle caps and cosmetic bottle cylinders. With only one fixture, the product is relatively convenient and can be used for hot stamping of whole bottle caps or two end caps.

The height of the hot stamping head can be adjusted, the hot stamping pressure can be adjusted, and it can automatically discharge, ensuring safe production, convenient debugging, and higher efficiency;
(3) The stepper motor of this machine can automatically roll up the film and can use up to 500 meters of hot stamping paper. The control of speed and position becomes very simple, and the motor has high efficiency, low current, low heat generation, and reduces cost expenditures;
(4) The control system of the entire production line is composed of advanced modular programmable logic controllers (PLC) and easy-to-use touch screens (TOUCHSCREEN), which can particularly demonstrate the superiority of our company's automation products. The whole machine is enclosed and meets European safety standards, allowing users to use it with confidence.
